Warranties, Exchanges and Returns

The articles sold by Netmore Outlet in its online store are covered by the legal warranty regime. The warranties for electronic components always operate according to the conditions established by the manufacturers. The majority of the products we sell are open components or platforms, and they require careful handling and implementation by the customer. Before purchasing a product, please consider the following points described on this page:

  1. Netmore Outlet is merely a distributor.

  2. All products sold by Netmore Outlet are not manufactured by Netmore Outlet itself. At the time of sale, Netmore Outlet transfers the warranty of the product(s) to the customer.

  3. Our manufacturers maintain quality control and ensure that the modules are sold in a functioning state after manufacturing.

  4. Any suspicions of malfunction should be reported immediately upon receiving the products. Typically, malfunctions occur due to assembly errors, incorrect configuration, or subsequent misuse.

  5. Regarding the acquisition of modules, sensors, or components, we may not always be able to provide an immediate solution or direct exchange. These components are relatively sensitive and, being prototyping components, their warranty expires once they are used. We will always try to communicate and present our customers' complaints to the brands. It should be noted that most of these modules are surface-mounted and cannot be repaired.

  6. The customer will need to send the product to us for testing so that we can prepare a report and file a complaint with the manufacturer/brand. Shipping costs will be refunded if a manufacturing defect is confirmed. In the case of customer assembly errors or misuse, all shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the costs associated with verifying the product's functionality.

  7. In this type of market (electronic components trade), the usual warranties for closed systems do not apply because it is not possible to protect the equipment. However, we will always try to facilitate exchanges with the manufacturer on behalf of our customers.

  8. In cases of Return Material Authorization (RMA), Netmore Outlet is committed to ensuring that the product is exchanged as quickly as possible. However, the process does not depend solely on the seller (Netmore Outlet). All products received for RMA in our facilities are tested and dispatched as quickly as possible. From that point forward, the process becomes the responsibility of the manufacturers and suppliers.

  9. In the case of discontinued products, the exchange may be made for an equivalent or superior product currently available on the market. However, this exchange is solely the responsibility of the supplier/manufacturer. Alternatively, a credit note may be issued so that the customer can purchase other items from our store at a later time.

  10. RMA requests are made by email. Failure to comply with the procedures described in that section will result in the product being returned at the customer's expense.

  11. Please note that any alteration to the original product will void its warranty. For example, removal of serial number stickers or other warranty labels, modifications caused by VMODS, improper installation of heatsinks on graphics cards and memories, processors and motherboards with broken/bent pins, incomplete products, etc. In all these cases, the RMA will be immediately refused.

  12. Regardless of whether the equipment has a warranty or not, if it is sent for repair and no malfunction is detected or if the malfunction was caused by incorrect use, a fee may be charged to cover logistical costs.

  13. Netmore Outlet cannot be held responsible for any partial or total loss of data, programs, or software installed on the products delivered for repair.

  14. The deadline for picking up the equipment for repair is 30 days after the document is registered. Otherwise, the material is considered abandoned under the terms of article 1267/1a of the Civil Code, and Netmore Outlet ceases to be responsible for the integrity of the equipment. From the moment it is considered abandoned, the owner is obligated to pay a penalty clause in the amount of 2.5 euros per day of delay in retrieval. After 3 years from the date of the respective document, and in accordance with article 1299 of the Civil Code, the material will become the property of Netmore Outlet through acquisition by prescription. In case of debt, Netmore Outlet has the right to retain all existing material on its premises until the debt is fully settled.

What is NOT covered by the Warranty?

The cost of transporting the damaged product(s). Damages caused by misuse or abuse. Damages caused by transportation outside the original packaging. Damages caused by inadequate equipment protection. Equipment opened by entities other than Netmore Outlet. Equipment that has undergone repair attempts, or even repairs, outside our assistance services. Therefore, Netmore Outlet does not provide warranty coverage nor take responsibility for equipment damaged due to poor handling, installation, or configuration. Any alteration to the original product also invalidates the warranty. All our items require knowledge for their use. For this reason, the customer should always consider a policy of responsible usage. Netmore Outlet will not assume damages caused by misuse, lack of knowledge, or other external factors.

Direct Warranty with the Manufacturer:

Some brands offer direct warranty/support to the customer. In these cases, you can contact the brand directly to handle the equipment warranty.
