General terms and conditions of use and online sales for the website www.netmoreoutlet.com. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed upon between Netmore Outlet, The King Logistics, tax identification number NL004087034B40, and contact +351 927 152 243, hereinafter referred to as "Netmore Outlet," and individuals who wish to make purchases through the website, hereinafter referred to as "User." The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.netmoreoutlet.com shall be governed exclusively by this contract, excluding any previously available conditions on the website.

  • Object

    1. The present general terms and conditions of sale aim to provide and define all the necessary information to the User regarding the ordering, sale, payment, and delivery methods of purchases made on the website www.netmoreoutlet.com.

    2. These conditions regulate all the necessary steps to place an order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.

  • Order

    1. The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.netmoreoutlet.com, by adding the product(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart.

    2. To send their order, the User must:

    a) Register on the website www.netmoreoutlet.com, providing the requested information.

    b) Log in (using the email and password combination chosen by the User during registration).

    c) Complete the information and choose the options provided during the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the taxpayer identification number (NIF) and the name to appear on the invoice for tax purposes).

    1. The final confirmation of the order by the User constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and product descriptions available for sale, as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the concluded contract.

    2. Netmore Outlet will fulfill online orders only up to the limit of available stock. In the event of product unavailability, Netmore Outlet undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.

    3. The data on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.

    4. Order requests are valid for 48 hours, unless the order is placed under a promotional campaign that defines a different deadline. The prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If payment is not received by our services within the specified period, the order will be canceled. Any payment received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order.

    5. It is the responsibility of the User to ensure that the entered data is correct and complete, especially the shipping address for their order. If the customer provides an incorrect address and the order is returned to Netmore Outlet, the customer must request a new shipment and pay the respective shipping fees.

  • Payment

    1. On the website www.netmoreoutlet.com, Netmore Outlet offers the User the following payment methods:

    a) VISA / MasterCard

    Orders must be paid within 48 hours, after which the order will be automatically canceled. If payment is made after this period, we cannot guarantee the prices or availability.

  • Transport and Delivery

    1. The estimated delivery time for orders is a minimum of 48 business hours after order confirmation and payment, within Europe. This timeframe is indicative and applies only to orders paid by 3:00 PM. Delivery is handled by the companies CTT or DHL/UPS.
      Exceptions include situations such as immediate stock shortages of certain item(s) or potential failures on the part of the shipping companies.
    2. Shipping costs are added to the order.
    3. All items are carefully packaged by Netmore Outlet and protected within boxes. Therefore, we kindly request that upon receiving the package from our carriers, you carefully inspect the condition of the box(es) and always make note of any observations during delivery, such as "Damaged box," "Box shows signs of mishandling," "Box lacks Netmore Outlet tape," etc., on the delivery receipt provided by the courier. Additionally, whenever possible, please check the contents of the package(s) to immediately report any damaged or missing products. This will allow us to promptly file a complaint with the shipping service and activate the insurance coverage to address any damages/thefts.

    However, in the event that you notice any damage caused during transportation or any missing items while opening the package, you must immediately contact us via email (on the day of delivery) providing detailed descriptions of the damage, along with photographs as evidence. Please include photos of the products in question, the box with the shipping label from the carrier, and, most importantly, our packaging, which we prioritize for quality every day.

    Failure to follow this process will release Netmore Outlet from any responsibility.

  • Prices

    The prices displayed on this website are valid at the time of your visit, except in the case of typographical errors or stock shortages, and they are subject to change without prior notice. If an error is found in the price of a product, the User will be promptly informed and given the option to proceed with the order by paying the price difference or to cancel the order altogether.
  • Cancellation, Exchange and Return

    1. The process of cancellation, exchange, or return is handled on a case-by-case basis by Netmore Outlet. Requests should be submitted in writing to the email contato@netmoreoutlet.com within 14 days of the order, and instructions regarding cancellation, exchange, or return of the merchandise will be provided by Netmore Outlet through the same communication channel.
    2. Whenever possible, the refund will be issued using the same payment method. However, if that is not possible, the User should provide their IBAN for a refund via Bank Transfer.
    3. Returned products must be in their original sealed packaging, with manuals and accessories intact, and in the same condition as when sold, as Netmore Outlet does not accept the return of used products.
    4. If the value resulting from the exchange of products from an order is lower or higher than the initial value, the adjustment conditions will be indicated by Netmore Outlet.
    5. Returns of items with opened, torn, or damaged outer packaging will not be accepted.
