  • How do I place my first order?

     The Netmore Outlet store allows for easy, fast, and intuitive ordering. Begin by selecting the product(s) you wish to purchase, choose the desired quantity, and add them to your shopping basket by clicking the "ADD TO BASKET" button. Once you have added all the products you wish to order to your basket, click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button, and you will be redirected to a screen where you should fill in the delivery and billing address. If you encounter any issues when placing an order at Netmore Outlet or if you can't find what you're looking for, please get in touch with us.
  • What happens if I pay for an order and there is a shortage of materials?

    If your order is incomplete due to stock shortage, we will get in touch with you to arrange for a replacement product, wait for stock replenishment, or keep the amount as credit for a future order. If none of these options are satisfactory to you, please send us your IBAN via email so that we can proceed with the refund of the corresponding amount.

  • How do I cancel an order?

    If the shipment for the order you wish to cancel has not been processed yet, the order can be canceled. To do so, please contact our Customer Support Service. If the shipping process has already been initiated, you will need to proceed according to our Returns Policy. If you are a registered customer, you can check the status of your order in your Account under the option "My Purchases".
  • How can I clarify any doubts about my order?

  • I can't find a product. What should I do?

    If your order has already been shipped and you have the "Tracking Number" in your account, please contact the courier to check when your order will be delivered.
  • Can I change materials and quantities in my order?

    You should contact us exclusively via email to proceed with the order modification. If the order is still in our facilities, we will proceed with the modification.
  • How can I track my order?

    In your "Customer Area" under the "My Orders" option, you will find a listing of your orders placed on our online store. To track the shipment progress with the carrier, simply select the Tracking Number.
  • My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

    If your order has already been shipped and you have the "Tracking Number" in your account, please contact the courier to check when your order will be delivered.
